most dealers DirectPower Generators is a full service generator
company. We are authorized dealers and our staff is factory
trained, we understand the most intricate details of your
power generating system; electrical and mechanical. No problem
is too big or too small, from replacing an engine to changing
the oil, we do it all.
As
an added service we offer yearly maintenance contracts. For
many consumers, buying a service contract is like buying "peace
of mind" from routine maintenance and the repair hassles that
a poorly maintained generator could encounter.
What
is covered by the service contract?
Two
visits (Spring and Fall)
Oil
change including 100% synthetic oil and filter
Check the battery condition and adjust as needed
Check and re-tighten all connections
Check and when necessary adjust valve clearances
Check and clean sparkplugs
Check and when necessary adjust voltage and frequency
Check all hoses and fittings (add fluid as needed)
General cleaning of unit (inside and out)
Complete end to end test
Prefered scheduling
Labour and travel rate discount for out of warranty work
